Our Team
We are a small, family-rooted team honored to walk alongside horse owners and veterinary partners through life’s hardest moments, offering calm, respectful support every step of the way. Though our experiences are diverse, we are united by one calling: we genuinely care about people and the horses they love.
Meet Our Team
-

Aaron B.
CEO / Chief Equine Officer
Aaron, a Loveland, Colorado native, is the founder and driving force behind Horse&Halo. With 17 years of experience in sales and marketing, he brings both strategic insight and an uncommon level of empathy to an industry where both matter deeply. What began as a shift away from corporate life quickly became a mission-driven business: providing professional, compassionate care for horses and the humans who love them.
Today, Horse&Halo is a respected provider of equine transport and aftercare services, trusted by veterinarians, owners, breeders, and rescues across the country. As CEO and lead hauler, Aaron isn’t just one of the drivers behind the wheel—he’s the one behind the vision, ensuring every client interaction reflects the care and credibility the brand is known for.
When he’s not logging miles or fielding logistics, Aaron spends his time with his wife and two children—who provide excellent feedback, even if most of it is unsolicited.

Addelynne S.
“Addy”
Operations / Cremations / Driver
Addy is our resident cow horse girl and all-around horse kid turned horse professional. A born-and-raised Colorado native, she just came back home after spending two years in Texas riding and training for a cutting and cow horse performance barn, soaking up all things cattle, flag work, and big-stop, big-heart horses.
Horses are pretty much in her DNA: her dad is a farrier, she grew up in 4‑H raising and showing anything with hooves (and a few critters without), and she’s shown in multiple disciplines while working toward her Equine Management degree in college. That mix of show pen savvy, ranch practicality, and real-world barn experience means she brings a calm, horse-first mindset to every haul and every “we’re kind of freaking out” client moment.
When she’s off the clock, you’ll usually find Addy riding her own horses, at a concert with friends, or hanging out with her five siblings… depending on how they’re being that week.

Bryant A.
Private Charter Driver
Bryant, originally from the wide-open landscapes of New Mexico, brings a steady hand and a calm presence to the Horse&Halo team. A natural behind the wheel, Bryant has spent years as an over-the-road trucker, where he developed not only expert driving skills, but a deep appreciation for the rhythm of the road—and the responsibility that comes with it.
His passion for safety and the well-being of large animals made Horse&Halo a natural fit. Here, Bryant combines his love of long-haul driving with his care for horses, ensuring every transport is handled with professionalism, patience, and precision. Whether he's navigating mountain passes or easing a nervous gelding into the trailer, Bryant approaches every task with the same grounded focus.
When he’s not hauling, Bryant enjoys time with his fiance´, grinding on XBOX and fine-tuning his immaculate Subaru WRX STI—a machine that, much like his work, runs on precision and pride.

Alex C.
Trainer / Driver
Alex is our longest-tenured team member and the person you want on the end of a lead rope when a horse has big feelings and big opinions. A seasoned trainer and barrel racer, she has an uncanny ability to read horses, quickly understanding what they are thinking and how to handle them in a way that keeps everyone calm, safe, and confident.
By day (and plenty of nights), Alex is a third-year Equine Veterinary student at Colorado State University, working her way through one of the most competitive programs in the country and already setting her sights on earning her DVM and pursuing additional surgical training in the years ahead. She also holds a carriage driver’s license for draft horse teams and has been spotted all over Colorado in parades, weddings, and private events, trusted to chauffeur VIPs in style from the seat of a horse-drawn carriage.
In the rare moments she’s not in class, Alex is usually caring for her own horses, loving on her bulldog Ren, or squeezing in time with her fiancé Bryant when he’s not out driving for Horse & Halo.

Megan B.
Office Manager
Megan is the heart behind Horse & Halo, faithfully juggling life as a wife, mom, full-time credentialing professional at UCHealth, and the steady hand that keeps our small family business running smoothly. Born in Tokyo to an Air Force family, she moved often in her early years but has proudly called Colorado home since the age of 7. When she is not tending to our flock of chickens or loving on our own animals, she’s often the friendly voice you hear on the phone, the one answering questions, calming worries, and making sure every client feels seen and cared for.
Behind the scenes, Megan is the quiet force reorganizing schedules, shuffling life around last-minute haul requests, and making sure every horse and family gets the time and attention they deserve. Her ability to balance family, career, and the demands of a 24/7 equine transport and aftercare operation is a big part of why we can offer such personal, responsive service to our neighbors along Colorado’s Front Range
